When will my order be dispatched? 

All orders are dispatched within 48 hours.

When can I expect to receive delivery of my order?

You should receive delivery within 3 working days of dispatch. You will receive email updates that will be sent to the email provided when you placed your order.

Will I be notified if an item is out of stock?

We will notify you by email within 24 hours of placing your order so you can decide if you would like us to place the item in question on backorder, or if you would prefer to replace the item in question with an alternative product.

Can you supply products that are not listed on your website?

Do you deliver outside of the UK?

Please email info@tedsstores.co.uk and we will confirm if we can arrange delivery to the country in question.

Every order is picked and packed within 48 hours of your order being placed. All food and drink orders are securely packaged for safe transportation by FedEx and DPD courier services, where you can fully track your order via their website when you provide your mobile number and email at the checkout stage. Orders are usually delivered within 2-3 working days of dispatch.
